About JM Oil Co.
A desire to deliver a combination of premium fuel products and hometown service led Jim Moores to start JM Oil Company in 1977. Jim Moores, a licensed agent for Amoco Oil Co. at the time, focused on providing tank wagon fuel suppy to home, farm and commercial accounts in and around the St. Cloud area.
What started as a small operation quickly grew beyond fuel delivery to include lubricants and a full line of SpeedStop convenience stores.
Today, Mike Moores carries on the family tradition and the company’s philosophy of delivering high quality products at an affordable price. Driven to please and family-owned for more than three decades, JM Oil focuses on providing customers service beyond expectation.
Service Beyond Expectation
From day one, delivering service beyond expectation has been the company's motto, defining every decision, every day. It has led the company to grow and branch out beyond its early tank wagon supply roots to other areas, including lubricants, TBA, and with time, transport supply.
The transport division also added chain of convenience stores and other large commercial accounts to the JM Oil family. The company made additional acquisitions in the 80's and 90's to expand the SpeedStop convenience store chain.
JM Oil now provides quality lubricant and fuel products from highly recognized brands like Chevron, Petro Canada and BP/Amoco. But more importantly, JM Oil offers solutions focused on making its customers' operations run more efficiently.
